Galvin is on minimal money this year and next. No reason to let him go early.

Mitch Moses was on big money when we let him go early.

I really hope the comment about Benji's coaching ability is false. If true, the disrespect to Benji, a guy who moved mountains to accommodate you, would be off the charts. The relationship would barely be tenable at that point.

I suspect that’s a Moses narrative to try to get Benji to act out of ego. We need to hold our nerve.

Look Benji has played his role in this and that’s what happens when an absolute greenhorn is given the keys to the first grade team.
This is a real mess now. The kid is contracted for another season and 3/4ers. There is likely zero chance that occurs now.

No other club is going to come close to our offer.

Just watch, I reckon he has already signed with another club, and they will say he came to there club for less because he wants to win a Grand Final.

The thing that was interesting is the team played after this meeting occured last week. Benji would have known about it and managed to get the team up despite what could have been a shit show.

I'd love for him to stay but not for that massive money. He's not THAT good. We all thought Brooks was gonna kick on but you can never be certain.

We have unbelievable depth in our halves. All clubs lose good players and this situation is not at the same scale as losing Woods, Tedesco and Moses in 2017. Fainu looks the goods and its great to see the club have a plan B and a plan C.

Great to see Richo seize the initiative and get the Media mostly on our side. (waiting for after a win, when we in the top 8, etc). Crocodile Roll!

I actually think they have played with fire and are about to get burnt.

I can see Benji and Richo making him see out the contract in KOE, hence the statement in the press release.

Next year a halves combo of Sullivan and Galvin in NSW Cup, not bad for the Maggie's
