For all the optimism this week once again we never win these games as favourites , I would like to think since 2005 I could watch a full game live without the angst but sadly not. I am thinking it’s the club DNA as the number of coaches we have had can’t change this, then who can? . The first half discipline was the writing on the wall

The things many (including me) have glossed over:
- you can have twal or seyfarth as your effort player, not both. Preferably one on the bench and one in NSW cup.
- We have no forward depth, no Hunt meant no impact when it mattered
- benji is not a seasoned coach, the whole attitude was wrong today
- good defence is good every week, not 3 times a month, not when you feel like it.


Very reminiscent of last year, didn't deal with adversity at all today and got what they deserved. Embarrassing loss and there are no excuses.

Very, very embarrassing to watch as a tigers fan. The game was easily lost with the 3 Eels tries on the 41st, 44th and 47th minute of the game. They rattled us and we lost our composure. The last two tries could have been avoided had we just held onto the ball. That being said, we weren't worthy of a win anyways.

My take is Parra beat us with a game plan to expose the players that came in as a result of the Galvin demotion. Doueihi was getting sucked in too easily. Naden a few bad reads. Players around them hesitated.
