You are assuming he said it, I’m believing Richo who said he didn’t and never has.
it’s not really worth debating anymore.
He is here for another year and a half and that’s a good thing as he is in the top group of our best footballers. Benji and his staff need to make it work and prove him wrong in the process.

No not really. Ok some I would say 'yes'...

I actually think our League guys are far better behaved then many politicians. They have a stack of tail chase them and they have to turn it down as much is there to trap them.
A damn lot of men in politics still play grab-ass in ways league guys can't do.

Hoping for the same. Hoping we can rally around the kid and show him this is his club and that his agent and old man have given him a bum steer.

I think richo wants to put moses on the spot and he's a week closer to latu coming back. I know it's hard on the team but grown men should man up. It's a sport give it all you got to win.
 
Richo knew the outcome and blew this up as early as possible. The manager lost it and then aired dirty laundry to get his client out asap. Smart play by Richo as he would have signed elsewhere and exited November 1st and aired the same dirty laundry.

Richo has made a judgement call and made it public via statement knowing the meeting would have been leaked by the player manager in either case.

Just a guess the kid will play a few weeks until Fainu returns and a player swap will happen. If it doesn’t he will be here for the term of his contract. There is no benefit releasing the kid.

These managers know a struggling club with our history and a rookie coach are easy targets. Probably didn’t see the grizzled veteran Richo waiting in the trees with the baseball bat.

As a member and a fan it’s a bad situation handled well. The player in this case has been disgraced publicly which is unfortunate as a young kid.
 
Brooks (Mel not Luke) has released footage of Moses delivering "These 15 griev ..... - These 10 grievences" to Richo.

11. Thou shalt refer to Benny Elias as a WT legend
12. Thou shalt pay me 6% of your income
13. Thou shalt play for Parramatta
14. Thou shalt worship no other player manager

On one hand your spot on they have to make it work somehow in the situation. If he or his manager were bad mouthing the coaching and whatever else they were doing, it will make it extremely difficult for the group to stick togeather.

All it says in my view is that Moses successfully sold them his grand plan. No doubt he could sell ice to eskimos. This is the guy who managed Cam Smith and had Nick Politis go into bat for him. He dismantled the Tigers big 4 and brought glory and the Kangaroos captaincy to James Tedesco. Parramatta were a regular top four side all because he delivered Moses to them.

This is what HE does for young “superstars” and the Galvins have bought it hook line and sinker. HE’s proudly owned the peasant club, the Wests Tigers, for years.

What he didn’t tell them is the Tigers are a club on the rise, with strong leadership now, and his mates in the game will turn on him in an instant the minute someone better comes along.

As Joey put it, Lachy could have been the kid who brought success back to Wests Tigers. He’ll probably end up a frustrated second fiddle to ageing sook who never wins a comp under Ryles.
