Very hard to say no to running the rush on Fifita. Probably the most gifted forward of this generation in par with Haas. With the likes of Jarome and co that might help him buy into the culture here.

He is absolutely worth the risk, the potential is massive!

I would say it is very easy to ignore Fifita especially at the money he would expect.

All I’m saying is that you won’t get Fifita at $600k

His salary for the rest of the year is ~ $500K and next year it’s $1M. If Titans contribute $100K for the remainder of this year and $200K for next year, his salary averages out to be $600K spread across two seasons. If Richo’s got money burning a hole in his pocket, this would be a good buy. If it’s true Fifita’s uncle is Bula’s father in law, a family connection and change of scenery could be exactly what he needs.

If there is any truth or chance on David Fafita ending up with a tiger on his jersey and point to prove. It's absolutely a dice the club rolls. He is top teir player in the position we are most lacking in. The clique and culture the Polynesian boys are building might also be appealing. Sure I see the risk but I also see the massive potential. A competitor who is playing with the likes of May and Pole running off jarome is going to be infected with that energy.

Richardson was correct in that you get the money and see what eventuates. Quite a lot apparently is happening so we are in a good position. Richardson and Marshall have been correct with recruitment.

Nanai would be a perfect fit for us, he’d be at the top of my list if there was any chance of him becoming available.
If not Nanai, Fifita at even 80% of his best would improve our team dramatically and if not either of them I suppose Pearce-Paul would do.
It appears one of these 3 will be a Wests Tigers player real soon.
