Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I said all this stuff last year and was told by member after member on here that it was everyone elses fault bar Galvins. I said hed drift to the left and no one was running onto the ball or he'd put a kick in that no one chased as they didnt know what he was doing...it was always his outside men's fault. Even the commentators were saying it! The excuses made for this kid were laughable and concenring. The funny part is that he isnt playing any different this year to last except his involvement has slightly decreased due to Luai being in the team, yet last year the narrative was that he was robbed for rookie of the year LMFAO!!!!
Really it's our own fault, I think with all the talk of him wanting out in the pre season Benji tried appeasing him with a first grade spot. We should have been easing him in and out of first grade. Funny thing though Chammas was on a podcast talking about what happened with him being asked not to be on 100% footy cause Moses would be on. At the end of the convo he was mentioning that it was Isaacs idea not Mitchels, he said because everything Mitchel does has to go through Isaac first, that includes everything at Parramatta and Parramatta are getting frustrated and fed up. If they sign Galvin it will be both of them having to go through Isaac for everything, it's going to be an absolute nightmare for the club, they're getting fed up now with only one, imagine if they're both there.

As for the bullying, im sure the allegations have been sent to our lawyers and they have formed a view.

I havent read anything suggesting the club orchestrated anything and we all know Benji went out if his way to calm things down after the players turned their backs on Galvo at training.

Hard to think of any greater disrespect to a player from team mates. But i think it was each player acting alone. The club wasnt part of it.

Hopgood has played nearly every game for the Eels this season- cannot see how they would contemplate letting him go.

However...

If the KPP thing has actual legs, I could see how Galvin to Eels, Brown to Knights, KPP to Tigers might be a thing.

Taylan May looks likely.

So then, maybe another forward somewhere? When does the ESL finish? Tyrone May is out of contract..

I don’t think we’d do the 3way swap to get KPP. I think they’ll let him go to us anyway because they’ll need to free up cap space for Dom Young. Especially now that Bradman Best is injured.

My opinion on KPP is he has all the skills and a much better player skillwise than Seyfarth, but the effort and heart Seyfarth displays on a weekly basis is ten times more than KPP

I don’t where this crap about KPP lacking effort comes from. The guy is averaging around 40 tackles, 100mtrs+ and at least a tackle break a game.

Seyfarth 35 tackles & 70mtrs a game…

KPP isn't a try scorer but I don't think we exactly need that on the right edge - To'a and Turuva can create plenty

Give KPP early footy and let him attack the line, have Bula following him and it will work well.

Seyfarth just doesn't have the attacking skill or power to be a starting NRL player
