Don't need Money, we need our pick of player and for the remainder of the contract Galvin cant play against the Tigers.Lachlan Galvin may have played his last game for the Tigers as the club and his agent discuss the terms of an immediate release.
The parties have been locked in talks which could lead to Galvin heading to the open market before June 30.
It is understood the final hurdle is how any release would be finalised given the Tigers would want a transfer fee or a player in exchange for releasing Galvin whose deal does not expire until the end of next year.
The Tigers have the bye this weekend and while both parties have remained tight-lipped there is optimism that a deal could be done as early as this week.
Galvin had already said he would not play at the Tigers beyond next season when his current deal expires.
However, it now seems like an exit will be fast-tracked.
The Bulldogs and Parramatta are believed to be the frontrunners to sign Galvin. (DT)
Apparently another condition is Galvins team drop the bullying claims with the lawyers. Why are we just rolling over. Punt him, fight the allegations and win and we would. Then counter sue Moses and Galvin for whatever we can hit them with. Not in terms of money but counter sue for defamation or something and for legal fees. Pretty sure Wests Ashfield have much deeper pockets that Moses and Galvin.anyone explain to me why contracts exist in the NRL when they can be broken at literally any moment?
Sorry TS, you’re not the first one to come up with “Bored-room”, or “on the Bored”, there’s a lot of them,Methinks you underestimate yourself, Grasshopper... That's like every meeting ever! 🤣
Hmm... Bored room...?
I just invented that: First person in history to recognise that those homophones interchanged in this situation makes for a 12% funny joke.
Just invented percentages as the new standard metric for joke funniness. Killin' it tonight....
Wheres this from?Apparently another condition is Galvins team drop the bullying claims with the lawyers. Why are we just rolling over. Punt him, fight the allegations and win and we would. Agreed and it just reinforces Moses’ tactics to get player releases. Moses now knows that bullying allegations are a good tactic to get a release.Apparently another condition is Galvins team drop the bullying claims with the lawyers. Why are we just rolling over. This has been a complete rort. I hoped it wouldn’t, but sorta knew when Pus pooled started his little love fest, add in Measles and a piss week NRL I knew it would.Lachlan Galvin may have played his last game for the Tigers as the club and his agent discuss the terms of an immediate release.

Rumour going around yesterday that Benji had a bullying complaint put in against him after the Melbourne loss by MosesThis has been a complete rort. I hoped it wouldn’t, but sorta knew when Pus pooled started his little love fest, add in Measles and a piss week NRL I knew it would.
The piss weak NRL make this whole comp a farce.
Anyway, break a leg Gal.
I hope our mob stay calm and clear throughout these negotiations. We in the box seat and don’t wanna give up our hand till the last play.Def need a player ina position of need
Prop , Backrow , lock , Centre to release this grub early , Moses will be able to get players out of a club easy if they really want Galvin , and the best way to do it is to call a player in to office and say we are after Galvin , tigers want player in return are you interested in speaking to Benji to head over , once this is done that player knows he is not wanted or not valued so he would best move on for this reason alone , it’s not hard , player won’t lose any money as say area will top it up , 100% we need a player
What a load of bs.Rumour going around yesterday that Benji had a bullying complaint put in against him after the Melbourne loss by Moses
