I’d say Da Silva would be the starting 9 at the Eels and likely the Cowboys as of 2026.
Perhaps.
NQ need to replace Robson.
Seems like Liddle could be on the move too though.

Any news on the 3 players Richo was sprooking we signed , announcement 2 to 3 weeks well now would be a good time if we have secured anyone from outside the club , we need 3 players in positions to come on board

I think that would be counted as a bulldogs home game, because of the majority fan base advantage in there.

This is the interesting paragraph from that article if it is accurate. I questioned whether it is an ultimatum to the club and it sure reads that way. So if WTs do not sign Api Koroisau he will not test the open market?
Fresh from the Lachlan Galvin drama, the Tigers are facing another uphill battle to keep fellow rising star Tallyn Da Silva after the club were told he would test the open market if they re-signed skipper Api Koroisau.
no reason why both their ego's can't be massaged with soothing words n $$$, Api we can just promise a job and give TDS a full game in 1sts ,test his endurance, self-belief ,may be why they stuck him in reggies last weak. Push comes to shove i wouldnt over extend Api's playing contract nor would i bow to TDS , no need to panic

I wish hed taken up competitive quoits when he was old enough.
We could now be staying up late up night cheering him on doing the French leg of the european circuit.
Instead of guessing which club he goes to, as if that matters.
We should only care about the deal ie; the cash and/or players we get for him.
Like we did with Momorovski.

We tell TDS we are not extending Api then once TDS is sewn up we extend Api.
Apologise to him afterwards.

He looks to be a good young player, but I’d say most people would rate Da Silva higher on exposed NRL games so far.
Plus the Eels might think signing Da Silva could assist them in signing Galvin.

So the TDS stuff is coming from where ? His closeness to Galvin? It’s another reason we need to get rid of Galvin . Once he’s out of the inner sanctum , then ona day to day basis he’s not going to have that doubt severed in his brain from a malcontent .
I’d be well and truely letting him and Api know who’s who in the zoo . I mean there’s every chance that Bailey Haywood is who the club really value at 9 .
I love TDS out of 9 in general field play , but close to the line , his bad kicking game , his inconsistent defence all give me pause . Reminds me of Jacob Liddle to be honest . And he’s now at 29 finally playing to the level we all thought he would 10 years earlier .
I view TDS and any kid who loves the club as a kid , as vital for culture and growth , but if he’s not happy behind Api there’s not much we can do . For me I’d be looking at a transition between the 2 over the next 2-3 years . And I’d outline that plan . But will API be ok with that ?

I don't think he's shown what he can genuinely do in these situations. looks startled or nervous which is affecting execution. his kicking game in the lower grades has been pinpoint in years' past. you don't lose that.
Yea man , I’m not saying he’s not a good footy player . But he definitely needs to work on his game , and make it irrefutable that he’s surpassed api. He needs to produce that level of consistency at nrl to justify this though . He’s got real holes in his game that’s all I’m saying . It took Jacob Liddle 8-10 years to close them up , if he even has at all . That’s TDS worst case scenario . Which would be a travesty .

I get you mate. definitely some work to do but I think his main deficiencies lie on the other side of the ball. to me, he's a must keep. I'm hopeful he still sees his future here, even if Api is hypothetically retained til 2028.
TDS needs to understand he needs to do some sort of apprentice . Is the club so dumb that the cant relay that to the kids

I'm somewhat mystified by the love for Mr Da Silva - as yet he hasn't won us any games directly and his performance in the stands in the last match of 2024 showed real contempt for the club. If he walks so be it, there'll always be others.
early days yet , he looked happy, played well in our win against St G,scored a try almost another under the same kick ,. Its pointless expecting perfection from day 1 , at a consistent top 8 club he would be under no allusion that his time is best spent in 2nd grade until further notice
