OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

Has May won a comp? Anyway that doesnt matter, the others have their money, which they incidently earned by leaving the club that they saw success through, to chase the dollar with us. Being hypocritical doesnt prove any point.
By the way, Im referring to the likes of TDS, the Fainus and Bula etc....
My bad, he hasn’t. But the others have.

The point is, I want my leaders to stick up for the club I support.

The others haven’t committed but that remains to be seen. Pole has committed and he had plenty of other offers from clubs

re read my post, I put an edit in
Yes, well that was about a different topic. He was reassuring fans he will fullfil his current contract.
I have said all along that this is his stance.
The club is making the decision to let him go based upon allegations his side have made triggered by the way the club has handled his contract rejection.

I want the leaders to play good football and STFU. Theyve had plenty to say...far more than the kid has.

Apparently he’s off to the dogs . Handshake agreement in place . Don’t know if it’s click bait , but it’s everywhere now .
Turns out what everyone thought happened when he announced it was what actually happened .
Sometimes the simplest answer is the correct one

And … how’s that going?

Mate when you’ve got a bloke like Isaac Moses ruling the roost who’se been banned twice by the NRL and clubs who flat out refuse to deal with him, it’s not impossible to believe he’s been poorly advised and left Galvin in a shit heap.

The club are releasing him.
His team sent them a letter basically advising dont let the workplace become toxic.
From the outside looking in, they have failed to do that.

This is my point and is why I can understand the kid wanting out.
Calling his father obsessive, calling him an entitled brat, calling his manager scum...its all just hot air from overly emotional fans who've never met any of them.
The guy wasnt happy in our system. Ill wager he is not on his Pat Malone.
U got to be kidding , the little brat got a start last year from a coach who had faith in him , but his manager who hates our club and benji , Iam sure he planned this hold thing , along with his father who wants his kid winning every week so he can feel good .
He was in the eels system and they pissed him off the tigers gave him a chance and brought him throw to 1st grade and he turns around and shi*** on the club , our u a supporter ur are u leaving when the little shit leaves

Well for the most part they have barring Luai. But if your halves partner has one foot out the door, it makes life difficult
Not if you are professional. If there has been any inkling at training that things arent working than the coach should have acted before we copped a 64 point drubbing and a 4 try to 2 loss to a team that is significantly weakened. If the player group is split, then management should have acted.
Moving this kid on is putting a bandaid on a broken leg. Considering his ability, the team is being weakened due to this lack of action.

Grow up.
This worn out narrative has been debated to death. Grab an original opinion FFS.

Currently.
Last year 99.99% of people on here were prepared to have a standup fight over his inclusion in the squad.
Now almost 100% of them are saying the kid cant play...LOL.
That’s just stupid emotion. It’s like I was saying about Trell. Opinions are swayed so much by emotion.

The hiring of 2 premiership winners and the 2nd best prop in the game on form isn’t professional enough for you?

The 19year old rookie is the odd man out here

Where have they "had their say"?

All I saw was the fallout from the Galvin drama with the insta posts + press conference... Where else have our leaders been chirping?

Id suggest the one chirping the most is the one crying about bullying and taking legal action.

I haven't seen any of the seniors players talking smack... If Ive missed something, show me where.

We had nothing to enjoy really last year at all. Galvin was the only thing, despite the fact he pushed for releases over the course of the year.

It is understandable why people were into him last year, the whole year was a write off. Hopefully the club learns from this experience.

Your right Its all Benji's fault and he should have been able to control the emotions of all of the players on the back of one of their "stars" taking legal action against the club for bullying, whilst having been handed the keys to the kingdom.

Meanwhile the likes of manly have won now many after the DCE saga?

TIgsrs releasing Galvin is a result of what has happened with melb and Souths.

Its easy to sit here and say "They should have seen it coming" but fmd they also had to give it a chance to play out...

It didn't work and we are moving on.
