I think the frustrating thing for me is our forwards were pretty gassed at the end and you have a fresh man just sitting there.

Maybe he adds some leg drive we need maybe he doesn't but every week our forwards are exhausted at either end

The Panthers locked the Eels out of last week's game in the final 20 minutes of the game even with Moses and Brown in the halves. They grind away at you and did so to the Eels until they capitulated. We were dangerous until the end and didn't capitulate. There is a lot to like about our team and Marshall. They play for him but I'm sure he realises we need more strike across the park.

So we would have won had Kit got a few minutes? Interesting theory and I'd be open to learning more.

For starters, panthers kicked a penalty goal, which takes conversions off the table, and very few would even consider thinking that not using the only prop on one's bench in a game that is almost always won in the middle is a good idea.

Could be but I don't understand the upset. Let's be realistic, the Panthers are a fine side (still) yet we were in the match. I can be disappointed with the loss but not the effort, especially from our younger players.

Another loss closer to the spoon. They've been up to their neck in so many games but don't have the class to win. Teams like Canberra and Warriors are not much better but they find a way to win every close game.

The current King of Leichhardt - Alex Seyfarth - only 6 missed tackles today (33 made). I don't know if the Zurich Centre has erected statues of WT legends in it, but I think this guy needs to be the first thing people see when they walk through the front door at HQ. I think our attack was a bit hap-hazard whereas we put on some real razzle dazzle in last 15 mins last week .Thought Benji might come up with a better attack plan this week .

Mason is electric but can't be left alone defensively. Maybe hooker locking.
Latu looks real classy 6 until the end of the year to see what we have.
We lack any forward depth at all.

The Panthers keep on producing outstanding talent to fill the gaps. They always have and seem to be on a role. The Eels did not put up the fight we did the previous week and capitulated in the final 20 minutes. We did not but lack strike in crucial positions which I'm sure the club will address.

Yeah can't agree mate the two tries are started by his reads or lack of trust on the inside. Yes turva needs tackling practice but imo the break down starts there.

Probably due to the fact he hasnt defender there the last few years.

One issue is I've never seen Cleary put on his backside so regularly one on one in any game this year. It was so regular and the team really did try hard to shut him down.

That penalty against us for tackling the kicker was just wrong, handing Penrith the lead. Ref’s decision unduly influenced the result again… let the players decide the result Sooo frustrating!!
