There are a few big names in the Central Coast comp this year. Kincumber played against Blake Austin last week and up against James Maloney this week.

I watched Jimmy Maloney lead Ourimbah to victory over Terrigal on Sunday.
It was brilliant to watch as he guided a very young team around the park.
Invaluable experience for the Magpie lads 👍

Don't understand the barbs at Lobb. Probably not an NRL player, but took massive guts to play out that first half last year at Shark Park with the syndesmosis injury he had in that NRL game. Looked like he could barely move but they left him out there. Was out for the rest of the 2024 season if I recall.

Staines isn't a fullback. He's a good finisher in the Alex Johnstone mould. Scored a great try on the weekend v Bulldogs, as did Tu'itupou with two great ones. Lesser wingers wouldn't have finished those and the Magpies lose. I think they've got it right with Staines and Tu'itupou on the wings.

From the news clips I saw of him on local tv before coming to the Magpies, he was cutting the defense to shreds with his speed.
Really disappointing for him that he picked up that bad injury last year.
But he's only fairly young I think, so hopefully there is still time for him to come good 🤞.

I only watched about 40 mins but Kit was very impressive. Tuitupou, Mapapalangi and TDS also continued their good form.

Very good turn around from our NSW Cup team over the past 3-4 weeks.
Talyn is clearly a class act and his time back in this grade should only assist his development, let’s hope he feels the same way.
Aside from Talyn there has been a team full of strong performers and our newest recruits Tu’itupou, Mapapalangi and Taateo have all certainly provided plenty of value.

Staines is playing well enough for first grade too, would love to keep him as depth for the next few years

I've been Big on Kit since the preseason.
I'd love to see him let loose for 20 minutes off the bench in NRL.
We're developing a bit of depth in unexpected places.
