Its him now + another 30 odd games + 2 pre seasons all under the tutalege of one of the top 3 No.9's in the comp currently and a coach who focuses on attack.
Its something to be excited about.

16 tackles all with intent & aggression. He's always been highly regarded through juniors for his attacking ability, but his defence is outstanding for a young player.

Latu can play, we all knew that prior to last night, but he did show he looks very comfortable in the halves except his kicking game needs plenty of improvement.
However he and Jerome in the halves still need plenty more attacking threat and x-factor around them to help turn us into a genuine top 8 team.
If we as a club cannot see that we will continue on this lovely journey we have been on for the past 15 years.

They’re playing equal amount of mins and he’s scored 6 try’s and made 4 line breaks this year. And got himself a new 3 year contact. He’s doing pretty well for himself.

Maybe the future inclusion of Latu in the team will create opportunities for Bula (and others).

It will no doubt help, there was evidence of that last night when Bula went close to scoring.
Is it enough without a few more attacking threats in our team, that’s my question ?

His demands apparently show this, hence why he wants to go if Api extends.

We have Haywood coming through as a rated hooker [but I haven't seen why the big wraps?]
What I did see was when Haywood went to the half position , Josese Lanyon came on as hooker and scored 3 tries.

Did you see his bomb late in the game, it nearly went backwards.
He needs a lot of work on his kicking game trust me, but he’s so good in other areas you can forgive and give him time to hopefully improve his kicking game.

He has indicated that Api is blocking the pathway from 27 onwards, if resigned.
Obviously this about earning potential from then on.

If he wanted to stay I have no doubt he would have been well remunerated and quite likely if he progresses as well as some anticipate would have forced his way into the starting role naturally ahead of Api at some point.
Disappointed as anyone but if his decision is to leave have to accept it.
