God that list of off contract players is grim. We're in a dark spot.

At least last year we could've looked forward to a potential spine of Galvin, Latu and Da Silva. 3 20 year olds with endless potential working together.

Now 2 are gone, we're stuck with one of the worst contracts in the league and are going to be relying on guys like Bird, Twal and Seyfarth for the forseeable future.

Theres been talk for a while that there's a broncos player heading our way (it wasn't Reynolds).. I had thought it was staggs, cobbo or hetherington. But mariner is a really good shout. My good mate is a broncos fan and is surprised why he's fallen out of favour because he didn't think is form was bad... Maybe your onto something

We may have signed someone but the player doesn't want it announced yet, perhaps???

Probably and the way things are going Wests Tigers will probably be out of the NRL in roughly the same timeframe,

Well the way things are going that’s all that will be left to fill our top 30.

And unlike Wests Tigers who never ask for anything in return, I will send Luai back to Ivan as compensation.

Another possibility is that Bud Sullivan will return and be our #14 on the bench to cover hooker, halves & even small middle.

Souths may want him but may not want him at full freight $500-$550k or whatever it is ... and now given what's happened Richo may think he is better value to us for the next 2 seasons.

Penrith is nothing without Luai or so I've been told here. They couldn't win the premiership without Luai at 7!

This Izaac Tui'tupou playing cup for us

He was always solid when he was at south's.
I liked him more than Tass.

Went to Raiders and floated around their reserve grade before landing with us.

The thing I like about this guy, is his attitude.
I believe he's likes 27, 28 years old?
He knows the dream is nearing its end.
If we gave him an opportunity i believe he'd cherish it, make the most of it and not let us down.

Things are a bit of a worry… lot of people here went from “ we are so much improved and with 2-3 close losses going our way we would be in the 8 “ to full blown doom and gloom in the space of a week…, not sure it’s the time to be slashing wrists just yet about next year … although I’ve long known this year has been over … another write off

Although I don’t know what’s going on with Richo … all season it’s been apparent the lack of depth would come home to roost at some stage .. yet he has done nothing apart from project Taylan all season to bring new players to the club and continued to let players go ?
