Twal as captain is taking the piss - I'm sure he's a nice guy and all but come on really????

Sometimes it looks like he can barely string a sentence together and we want him making captains challenges, push back on calls and what not??????

So glad we kept our promise to TDS family because now we have a NSW Cup hooker who will probably be replaced by a NSW Cup lock...couldnt wait 1 more week after Api went down to keep your promise?????

and despite being dominated by a piss poor manly forward pack last week... we again run with 1 front rower on the bench.

Twal should not be captain, it should have been Douehi. Period. Twal definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed.

swap the 1 and 2 and thats a really good backline
a change in style is a must if we are too compete we cant play like we have been this one out forward boring stuff isnt working get rid of it or we will be lucky to win another game this year

You'd put Staines fullback? The Magpies didn't think so, last round v Roosters. They put Alex Lobb there and he had a blinder, scoring a triple. Staines played wing, not outstanding. The other winger, Tu'itoupu, scored a double.

Yes. Hunt was back to his best for Magpies v Roosters last week. Destroyed the Roosters forwards. Knocked one out cold. Set up a try. He's better than Charlie Murray who is in the team instead

Yeah this will be interesting.

We will see how our 'strong' pack will go against a bunch of youngsters. We should really dominate them, considering the players.

Will it show how far advanced the Roosters are developing their team compared to us or will we show that we have a pack to be reckoned with?

Idk. Technically they are their second string pack, but they are guns. Foketi is a star in the making.
