Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Yeah it’s a problem, but he did put in for our NSW Cup team on the weekend.
The fact that Benji tried him as a starting player when everyone knows he’s a specialist bench player, is very concerning also.
I would have added him to our NRL bench against the Roosters , no point having a back rower in Sukkar come on the field for 10mins, either start him or don’t select him.
I’d say the club would tell him he’s free to go next year, but who’d take him? No other club is gonna touch him. You’d wanna hope he’s open to going to the UK. A sleeper when it comes to our worst ever signings.

It depends on what we are paying him, I’ve heard some say 400k and others say as high as 600k.
I could see a UK Super League club being very interested in buying out his contract for 400k, but I’d say even they would baulk at paying anywhere near 600k.

Heath Mason's suspension sees Sunia Turuva shift to fullback, with Charlie Staines set to make his return to the side on the wing.

Api Koroisau's concussion means Adam Doueihi will line up at five-eighth and Luke Laulilii is elevated to the starting team at centre.

Tristan Hope and Charlie Murray are both set to make their second NRL appearances, with Hope to start at hooker and Murray an inclusion on the interchange bench.

Alex Twal skippers the side in the absence of Jarome Luai and Api Koroisau.

I’m a fan of Seyfarth, but if we are paying him anywhere near 500k it’s way too much and we would need to offload him.
At 300k he’s good value, reasonable value at 350k, I cannot believe ever would have offered or be paying him any higher than that.
I really hope we're not paying Seyfarth 500k a year vicious. I would of thought 300 tops considering what were paying Doueihi which is much less. I'm hoping Richo is smarter than that.

He wouldn’t be on much less than 500k. 425 minimum I reckon. Money isn’t what it was a decade ago when we signed Adam Blair for 500k which at the time felt like an exorbitant figure. These days 500k is almost standard for regular first graders. I’d say back then, 500 was about the equivalent of 850 now. Minimum is about what, 200k? Your Heath Mason’s are making that coin. Seyfarth might not have much more upside, but he’s been a regular first grader for a few years now, and has no doubt seen increases.

Sounds like he’s getting the blacklist treatment like Naden last year.

Does anyone know where to check all teams top 30 players ?

I checked NRL.com but we are at 28 players and some are 32/ 37 so not accurate.

I thought the top 30 had to be finalised yesterday.
