Mate the boys deserve so much credit for the first 25 mins of the second half the roosters got a 6 again every set. At least it felt that way .

We've got another good halves pairing and the timing is just outrageous for Doueihi to head off to another club. With the shortage of halves and his outstanding kicking game, it's going to be bucks up for Doueihi. Expect a call from Gus (for this season) to solve their halves problem. No Gus we don't take trade ins.

I keep thinking that this was Richos plan for Galvin all along - build the buttercup up and watch the greed clubs circle, putting pressure on their salary caps - all the while making his time at the club uncomfortable due to the "culture clashes" bogus bullying claims and the closing of the COE barber shop that led to Galvin's bad haircut elsewhere.

Laulilii brothers were out of their depth. Too early for them. Luke especially is 18 and needs more time in the lower grades.

Next week Doueihi hopefully back to the centres and a key weakness in defence goes away.

No doubt and I’ve never said he’s not a quality player, I’ve said we lack attacking quality on our edges, centres included.
I still really like the idea of us recruiting a real athletic edge such as Simi Sasagi.
As I’ve mentioned Sasagi is equally as good starting off the bench, left edge, right edge and also a very capable centre.
