Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

He does … but the key takeaway is to pick up the option beforehand …even if it means paying him $900k…rather than open a door for Moses to work his magic

You never know with this club though
Don't just offer the 1 year extension. He either takes a multi year extension or we let him go. Otherwise we will be dealing with a media fiasco no doubt with Moses pulling the strings. Especially with Perth coming in

I Do have a honest question to ask, what plans do we have in place if Luai leaves after 2026.

The reason i do ask is because Perth Bears will come looking for a Big Mal is a big fan.

Only my theory but Perth is an NRL team and I expect clubs will be leaned upon to give up a couple of players for the cause. Players like Doueihi and Staines will be in demand. I want them both at WTs but market forces.

I've got no problem with the womens game, but those poor pricks in KOE and Q Cup toil away for years and the ladies get a free pass onto TV despite low ratings. It's the rails run that annoys me.

I think it would be good if all clubs had a corresponding reserves team that matched the NRL team rather than this Blacktown Workers nonsense. I think you could get behind TV reserve grade games if it was like that.
I believe there is room for all games to be promoted and broadcast on fox. The amount of filler crap and endless re-runs is ridiculous. I would love to see KOE and Qld cup promoted and valued and built up as a sneak peak for fans into the future stars of their teams, with proper alignment with first grade and all games played before first grade. It would make going to games a day out and would lift crowd numbers. BTW I actually don't mind NRLW, it's crazy the amount of improvement in the quality over the last 3 - 4 yrs.
