I agree with
@TSP, richo's interview sounded like self promotion not club first arguments. It was all what he'd done and how bad the past was. That may be true but I want leaders to talk about the collective, to suppress urge for individual accolade and present things based on collective success. It sounded to me like he was bitter and that he wanted people to know what HE had done and how good HE is.
I actually like what he's done and think he is making progress but I didn't like his approach in that interview. You only have to look at Benji in the press conference to see how to do it properly. It's all about 'us' to Benji, he refused any personal credit or point scoring. Where Richo seemed entirely focused on it. Richo is still going on about the previous administration. We don't care about that, Richo, we know they were incompetent and there's absolutely no credit given for saying you're doing better than them.
Ultimately it's about wins, and everyone knows that. But I don't like a showboating ceo and I think he should cut that out and get some thicker skin, all this 'i don't care what people say about me' and 'i don't pay attention to all that stuff's and then a long list of all the things people have said and how they're wrong. It sounds a little childish and Richo should be better. I EVEN think he is better than that.
