yea he’s been dropped a few times that’s why they started the year poorly bc of his defensive issues

i see no difference to Penrith’s backline to ours , McLean & Jenkins aren’t game breakers

Jenkins has been excellent of late, surprisingly.

In fact, we beat Penrith last-start if he doesn't play.

There used to be a guy on here who would create Tigers 1-17 for the next season of his imaginary signings. It was almost a weekly thing. Some of the teams he put up were hilarious, like Greg Inglis and Sam Burgess were not coming here.

Off contract list on Zero Tackle is fairly grim but middle forwards I'd be looking at are;

- Corey Jensen
- Ethan Bullemor
- Josh Papalii
- Josh Kerr
- Felise Kaufusi
- Davvy Moale

Wouldnt break the bank but would provide us some more starch and resilience I belive in the middle. Obviously some more than others, i'd personally love Bullemor.

Of that list IMO Moale is the only one who is both likely to be obtainable and a player i'd want. His development seemingly has somewhat stalled a little recently but he was tracking to be a very good middle.
The 3 Brisbane based players I don't see leaving Brisbane, nor do I see Papallii accepting an offer here.
Bullemore seems a popular pick on this forum but I personally don't rate him at all.

I wouldn't rate us no chance at signing him if we were in for him. Just not seen a reason why we would want to be.
He is a B runner only, we need A runners.

They must be saving him for the finals campaign …

Let’s face it ,.. since they probably got caught out bringing Skelton back early and then had him re- injure his hamstring , you can bet your bottom dollar they are going to make sure he is well and recovered first ..

looking at our team list we need some forwards. So I think let’s just sign Payne Haas and Isaah Yeo, maybe even get Olakau’atu while we’re at it. Then OBVIOUSLY we need to replace To’a so I reckon we should just buy Stephen Crichton or Herbie Farnworth. Or maybe both so we have some depth.

Who knew running an NRL team was so easy, I reckon I should get a job at the Tigers straight away!!!! @Richo I’m ready and waiting!

Haha I reckon if we just signed 2 players it would change our team dramatically - Villiame Kikau & Cameron Murray come on down!

No it has not. He was dropped after round 9. Played round 10 in KOE Cup, round 11 Panthers had the bye. Was back in first grade in round 12. And has been there ever since. All up played only one game in KOE, yet he’s been dropped more than once? Righto.

You could be right about the fit and healthy bit, when and how often is Starford fit and healthy?

Wish he could play a bit more often with 2 functioning arms and 2 functioning legs so we could see a bit of consistency and actually see what he's got.

If as some comments suggest he’s badly injured and Benji keeps playing him anyway, how ridiculous when we have Luke Laulilli or Brent Naden playing NSW Cup.
