But they have probably won a few games where they got more than their fair share of favourable calls, including a game against us where CNK milked a penalty to get the winning penalty goal near the death. 😡
Have been a big supporter of the Worriers but they have had a fair share of luck at times, would not be surprised to see Penrith beat them out for 4th position if they lose another one or two of their remaining games.
Warriors remaining games: Dogs, Dragons, Titans, Eels and Manly.
Penrith's remaining games: Titans, Knights, Storm, Raiders, Dogs and Dragons.
Penrith have the tougher finish but you would be crazy to say that they couldn't do it after what they have shown in more recent times.
Who would have thought at the time how costly that drawn game they had against the Cowboys in round 10 would be for the end of their season, that game being just before they went on a winning run and having prior to that shared last place on the NRL ladder.
As a matter of interest Wests Tiger were actually in 8th position, or equal 6th if that makes you feel better after 9 rounds of the competition.
