A good 40 - 50 min prop to help May and a lock would be perfectWe need a couple of older heads now for the forwards …Im assuming Bird and Hunt won’t be playing a lot of NRL next season …

If that is Ian Roberts son then thats a couple of interesting signings with geyer

Would have been much more excited last season. He has been disappointing this year. Started the season in Cup and has since been dropped down to Flegg for the back half of the season.@BlackWhiteGold you seen anything of him ? Apparently highly touted kid
Gee there were a lot people saying he should never play in the halves again after that Parramatta game, now all of a sudden everyone wants him as a half back, maybe he can be, but one thing that we do know for sure is that he inconsistent. He’s not worth 200k as a 13, but he’s definitely worth 500k as a 7 or 6.
You say he is not getting the 7 spot here, well why did he get it last weekend if Benji doesn’t see him as a 7 who can help win us games ?
Why did we chase Adam Reynolds if we are so confident Latu is a must selection for us at 7 ?
Why does our team look so much better when Doueihi is playing 7 ?
Why does Luai look so much more comfortable and more composed when Doueihi is playing 7 ?
If we are serious about trying to make the top 8 in 2026 we should be paying Douehi the 500k he is asking for and letting both he and Latu battle it out for our starting 7 position with whoever loses out being our permanent number 14.
Who Gus or Galvin? You know what's funny, for the last roughly 18 months when Galvin debuted non stop every opportunity gus would not stop talking on TV or podcasts about Galvin the best junior ever, his going to do this, that and whatever, but now gus has him at the dogs gus won't say a word, on 100 % footy chamas asked the question about a injury, didn't look like gus was going to answer, Emma asked did he get injured during the game, gus said, well he didn't get injured carrying his bag to the game. What a rude, smart ass prick
Most Doggies hate a bath and we gave them one. 🤣Had a look at your video,
And apologise, don't know what game I was thinking of then, irrespective we beat them, and yep it was wet,
So we only won because the Doggies got wet.
We need it I think … we need a hard headed prop that can punch through the line …
If AD stays I think he’ll be the 13
It would be worth giving him the extra $18k if we definitely knew Moses was getting nothing. 🤣Finally got some crumbs re. Doueihi's contract talks. So Dragon's offer is still at $400k for 2 seasons (not $500k as some reported). Our Offer is now at $350k for 2 seasons. If Doueihi extends with us, then he doesn't have to pay Moses commission. If he goes with Dragons then he pays Moses 8% commission, which is $32k, ostensibly making his salary $368k per year at the Dragons. For the sake of $18k, I think he stays. Probably could get a third party to cover that anyway as a local junior... My only concern is if he gets offended by Richo refusing to budge on the price.
Those conditions were pretty atrocious. You can’t use that game to judge much at all - obviously the game meant a fair bit to a playing group that’s had some rough luck and circumstances this year. Hope they can stay up for a few more weeks.I agree they made a lot of errors.
The funny thing is that you’ll see good teams winning because the other teams make more errors all the time and it’s attributed to them forcing those errors.
Not when we win though.
Ian Roberts bats for the other team , not his son 😂If that is Ian Roberts son then thats a couple of interesting signings with geyer
Hassett is better then Geyer but okHopefully we can put this rumour, and the forum's weird fascination with him, to an end.
The bloke belongs in reserve grade.
Yes he did and has often spoken about how much he enjoyed the involvement he had with the club at that time. The one year contract is probably a mutual thing. With Perth needing to fill a roster it gives Geyer a chance to maybe showcase his talents and get something bigger than a minimum contract. Didn’t Geyer senior play for the Western Reds??
Is he any good?apparently we’ve also signed Ethan Robert’s from the roosters ? anyone heard this ?
Both are big, tall, strong and fast, everything you generally want in an edge back rower.
Also apparently Makasini is signed to 2028... NBWT Twitter stated it today.View attachment 26366
Assume we extend Doueihi & TayMay... That's 29 but release Sullivan back to 28...
Awaiting 2 to fall from the tree! Hoping one is a big middle!
