Yes lots of scenarios to play out but get the feeling we will only see him for one game to get a taste and for supporters to get a look at him.

School commitments are sure to be a priority for this year then a good off season and hopefully we see the emergence of a gun centre/winger.

Yeah… just saw the team list on Instagram. I was so excited when I saw multiple reports saying Masi was set to debut this week but.. Guess not

I definitely think Starford deserves to get dropped after the last bunch of putrid games he’s played. I’m sure he was hampered at the time tho so we’ll see how he does against manly this weekend I suppose

He’s playing for Newington versus Scots at Newington. My mate has a son who goes to Scots so I am thinking of heading out to watch and catch up. It’s the last round of GPS rugby this weekend. There could be some representative games in the weeks that follow, I’m not sure. If I go, I will report back.

The footage from those games has looked like boys v men (man) at times. I’d imagine the plan might be to give him a game against the Titans in the final round.

Selfishly I want to see him play, but I think you're right - it's probably best to let him have a full time preseason and come in at some stage next year.

I think he has to play at least a game or two this season, if he starts next season and has a decent rookie season I personally thinks it’s essential that it gets a taste of first grade before then for a bit of a reality check before pre-season imo
