Love the narrative is Bud took less to be at the Bunnies, not that the Tigers are so keen for him not to be here that they would pay him 250ktigers paying 150k and 100k for the next two seasons for bud
That’s not a bad outcome.tigers paying 150k and 100k for the next two seasons for bud
We managed that well eventually...good outcometigers paying 150k and 100k for the next two seasons for bud
Could get off the 24hr Flight tomorrow morning and have more impact on the Game at 5:30pmI think Ellis is retired 😂
Are we not talking about the fact that Souths are only paying 250k and 300k for a first grade quality back up half the next two years?Love the narrative is Bud took less to be at the Bunnies, not Tigers that the Tigers are so keen for him not to be here that they would pay him 250k
Be careful you will upset the Seyfarth loversCould get off the 24hr Flight tomorrow morning and have more impact on the Game at 5:30pm
than both those boys.
are you forgetting the Dodd deal….. $650kAre we not talking about the fact that Souths are only paying 250k and 300k for a first grade quality back up half the next two years?
Who really lost out in the deal?
For sure a win for Souths. Think it's neither here nor there for us. Buds Roster spot taken by Madden for probably the same amount or a little less if you include what we are paying for Bud.Are we not talking about the fact that Souths are only paying 250k and 300k for a first grade quality back up half the next two years?

Back up - agree. First grade quality - hmmmm, although bunnies mate said he had some ok games. Are we not talking about the fact that Souths are only paying 250k and 300k for a first grade quality back up half the next two years?

Will be interesting to see where Brisbane Tigers coach Matt Church ends up next season. Was coach of their premiership winning team in '23 with Hope, Murray & Faataape and close to Richo through the Brisbane Easts Tigers connection. Highly regarded. Would not surprise if he goes from one Tigers to another in some capacity.

Could he be the guy to lead our reserve grade team , we also should be linked to them by club , Melbourne was linked to them but that endedWill be interesting to see where Brisbane Tigers coach Matt Church ends up next season. Disagree. Most clubs wouldn't tolerate his ill disciplineSeyfarth would quite easily make the bench for all but 3 or 4 of the named NRL clubs for this upcoming weekend.
No NRL team has the luxury of having all 4 bench players being star players who are capable of coming on the field and making a match winning impact.
Most teams have one or two toilers who come off the bench with the intention of getting the job done while the other higher paid starting players are having a rest.
reminds me of nas, brain explosionsDisagree. Most clubs wouldn't tolerate his ill discipline
Is his discipline any worse than Jerome’s ?Disagree. Most clubs wouldn't tolerate his ill discipline
Honestly, who cares. Could Sullivan be the difference between Souths coming 13th and 12th next year? I guess he could, sure. Are we better off with $150k of dead cap or $550k of Bud Sullivan on the roster? Categorically the former. Does "winning" this particular trade have any meaningful impact on anything? Almost certainly not.Are we not talking about the fact that Souths are only paying 250k and 300k for a first grade quality back up half the next two years?

Like Melbourne tolerates NAS? The bloke is suspended more then he's on the field.Disagree. Most clubs wouldn't tolerate his ill discipline
I gotta say , I actually think most on here are being way too harsh on seyfarth re. The last suspension . 12 months ago that wouldn’t have even been a penalty , and as we have seen this season the nrl and officialdom, it’s extremely inconsistent , especially after the nrl community , via Andrew John’s , (another one of our games btw) had the nrl backflip for contentious decisions.reminds me of nas, brain explosions
