But if there is some truth to it you have to get the balance right and read the room, useless leaving all the effort on the training paddock.

Kind of gives you Madge vibes at his worst when he was at Souths.

Cronk worked with roosters this year I think and still had his media gig.. the same way Ennis does at manly... He can still do both.

KPP should help the right-side V, just need to fix the right centre position with a new recruit or training all summer on defense with what we have, Toa needs to get better his defense is a mile off at times.

Ive been Benji's biggest advocate, but if we don't make the 8 next season then he should be on the outter..

Fast forward 12 months and imagine we are playing in round 27 and need a win to make the finals.. if we toss up what we did yesterday, then he has to go...

Obviously it depends on where we finish outside the 8 should we miss the 8 again. If we finish 9-11 next year I think he’ll be fine, 12-13 50/50 but if we’re bottom 4 next year he’s gone.

Could be waffle or maybe he brought forward the plan post bye and said we need to pick up our standards heading into off season so the players knew what was coming.

Either way if anything it says he acknowledged that our training methods for the pre season and most of the year weren’t at a high standard - that’s the biggest concern for me.

Yeah but Benji drives the recruitment so doesn’t that then mean it is Benji’s problem?

If Benji gets the kudos for his player pulling power doesn’t he have to wear the depth issues too?
