In a stunning development, Wests Tigers Life can exclusively reveal that Matthew Betsey has resigned from his role with the Wests Tigers, effective immediately.

Betsey, who was brought into the Club with a strong reputation in high-performance management and pathways development, has been a central figure in reshaping the Tigers’ football program. His resignation comes as the Club continues to transition under the leadership of CEO Shane Richardson and head coach Benji Marshall.

Betsey was responsible for overseeing player development, pathways, and long-term recruitment structures. During his tenure, the Tigers expanded their junior representative programs and strengthened links with feeder systems across Western Sydney.

Yeah, now they’ve wasted at least half a mill on Brown, they are gunna hafta be very frugal with the rest of their cap.
I can see them offloading Ponga over the next year or so, then given how poo brown is, trying to offload his contract to Perth or any club that’s constipated at the bottom and desperate for a poo brown.
Then Newy will really have a pong-a-bout them.

Yeah it’s was meh. But they’ll make something out of it.
Muppets was polite if you ask me.
Parasites was the exact word that went through my head when I seen it too, only with a couple of four letter words either side.

Didn't recognise any of them
- Bunch of no ones sticking a camera in a blokes face barking at him when he's out with his missus.
He doesn't owe any of them anything - It's not his issue.

Wtf are you talking about ? We have the youngest team in the comp . And it’s not close . People will say the dogs , but only when they don’t play players who normally wouldn’t be there , like Mann, co.
It’s a young team , prone to making young player dumb mistakes . Eg. The last couple of games we lost because we had to field fringe players mid game as cover in positions they don’t normally play/ haven’t proved they’re up to it yet . Like Naden and Mason . Mason is 20 with strong pedigree , and gets his body into position defensively , can’t make tackles stick . In no way shape at all is it a heart issue . It’s clearly technique and strength.
Naden is a 30 year old enigma , who’s lack of mental aptitude and waste of talent , is there for all to see . If he didn’t clock in and out of games he would have been a generational talent . He’s that good in his day . But he’s got the clarity of mind of an ADHD kid 2 weeks off Ritalin . And the results are there for all to see .
I would say Benji is learning who to trust , and for how much . And unfortunately for most people that means you have to learn the hard way , ie. people letting you down .
Another tough offseason both in the gym and the on the field should lead to a lot of our young boys should Benifit . The growth at these ages is exponential. I expect an uptick in performance .

One day some hothead not necessarily a footballer is going to be so pissed having a camera shoved in their face they will rip it off them and start beating the reporter with it.

Maybe it's already happened somewhere in the world, I've never seen it, but thinking about it man it's got to hurt.
