First thing I did hearing this was Google Bunty’s minutes this year. A bit Royce Hunt like. No way can you carry both of them in the 17View attachment 28446

In 7 games this year, his minutes were 25, 41, 19, 14, 11, 24 and 33.

Good low risk signing in position of need. Will put pressure on guys like Seyfarth, Hunt and Twal to step up.

Just hope his defence and effort areas are right up there as it’s what’s were lacking. Havnt watched him this year.

We will still need an 'experienced' depth outside back to add to our top 30 for next season, especially one who can play right centre if Star goes down. Yes we have 18yo Makasini waiting in the wings & Luke Laulilii but we still need another especially with experience.

I have a feeling it will go to Izaak Tui'tupou given his outstanding NSW Cup form this season & already in the wider squad. The other potential I see is Corey Allan. There is basically no one else available who fits the bill better than either of these two IMO.

And before anyone says Jesse Arthurs, ask yourself why someone would ask for a release to come to a club to be a depth outside back & likely 3rd in line for similar $$$ than they are already on lol

Pezet apparently signing with the Eels. Good forward thinking by them. Complementary as a 5/8 and more than adequate as a halfback to fill in for a mia Moses.

I bet the parramatta signings and suggestions board would be very excited .. not too sure what it has to do on here though

We do . He can play , is a dominant type player and apparently he wants to be here and wants to enjoy success at the club ..

he (Hunt) has been posting training sessions on his insta feed for the last few weeks, he is either focussed on getting in shape or setting up a PT business.

It’s a good signing as we we need someone with a bit of size and impact to add competition to our middle forwards and I assume he’s on a lower tier contract that will not hurt us if it does not go to plan.
But if you are expecting a high energy defender with good line speed, Bunty does not fit that description.
It is quite clear he was mainly playing Reserve Grade for the Warriors due to him being a lazy defender, his ball carries are nearly always good quality.

Yeah I think it will be Tui'tupou. Give him plenty of reps with the boys at right centre aswell as wing during the pre-season.

I think it's a formality & he knows he's next man up at the Sharks in the centres. But if it did breakdown, yes please!
