There is a thread on reddit about dudes taking photos before and after they shave their head . Nearly to a man every single former photo looks like the worst mullets you’ve ever seen , combined with hulk hogan without his bandana on. I followed his various interactions with you and others closely. I don’t agree. Nobody with any regard for the future of WT would see a shred of positivity in this. His major issue was, in my opinion, his perception of disrespect for the history and legacy of the Magpies.

According to sources with knowledge of the situation, speaking on the condition of anonymity, one issue that led the HBG board to take action was the colour scheme of next season’s Wests Tigers home jersey, which was deemed to be too gold – a traditional colour of Balmain.

OK...im not up to speed on all things re governance....but surely the WTs board including Burgess had to meet and agree on the new jerseys?

I would've supported a Perth team had they been in the NRL when I started following.

Don't have great hope for them with Mal Meninga in charge though.

It took them an age to find 4 independent members who lasted less than 12 months. People don't seriously believe that they want independent people making decisions!!

The NRL needed to pull HBG heads in a long time ago …I actually suspected that the NRL drove this whole Richo appointment behind the scenes to get the Independent Board in place …looks like that may not be the case ..
