In years gone by id agree, but benji giving them a long leash could be a draw card for players that dont "fit in the box".... we dont have a lot of strength as a club, so maybe a differentiator like this could help attract players

Even if they did offer him that and he went good luck to him he's put in so much so far and can maybe buy 1 house in Sydney at the end of it and maybe even enough to pay his electricity bill for the year

He wasn't being serious with that comment imo, you can tell by his tone & jovial nature of the discussion. And he did mention he was loyal, has a great relationship with Benji & wants a premiership ring. But gutter journos will make a clickbait headline out of it. Nothing to see hear, move on.

Yeah mate we love him as a player week in week out for us ,but he won't get that Blues jersey, many have deserved it and not gotten it , as far saying he would take a massive pay day from R360 ...so want... the main thing for me is he sees out his contact unlike Lomax .. man's gotta look after his family .
