It’s all bullshit . Just extend him to 27 . It screws over Moses and allows us time and leverage . It’s 💯 the smart play . And if he leaves , that’s it … never sign another one of his players again .
Then we only have to deal with Phoenix Godinet and Sukkar .
I don’t think it’s that simple.
I know Jahream is a good, genuine bloke, but if we just extend him for an extra year without his approval, it’s a big chance his manager instructs him to play poorly in protest.

It doesn’t just give him leverage re. those players and thier value , but also fringe players and getting them top 30 positions . It’s how he got Aaron woods an extra 2 years in the nrl .

IF his manager convinces Jahream that he is better off elsewhere, but we just extend his contract for another 12months anyway, there is a chance we will not get the best out of Jahream which would then be a waste of a contract.
So what I am saying is we need to extend him past 2027, otherwise we might as well let him go at the end of this season.
If he's anything like the old man, he should do well...
