Realistically he would struggle to make the phin’s fully fit starting backline, so I also hope we are not paying him a lot more than he can bring to the team.

Excellent signing. Jake has scored 59 tries across 132 games, so he has pedigree, and he's only 25.

What Benji will love most is his versatility. He can slot in anywhere in the backline if we have injuries.

Importantly he accelerates quickly (quick leg turnover), would be one of the fastest in the NRL over 20m imo and can hold that speed well.

A bit of a jack of all trades e.g. centre wing fullback but kind of master of none feel about him.
