I’m okay with Jarome leaving, but it was the timing. It should have been done either at the beginning or the end of the season.I dont care what anyone says, the moment the captain of the team decided he jumping ship the vibe changed.
No idea what the obsession of him playing centre isI doubt he would he any worse than several in the WT team ..
Turuva was way worse yesterday .. and I’ve been a fan of his .. that must be the worst NRL game he has played
Doueihi’s defense of old last night - some of his misses were embarrassingThey were talking about Doueihi for Origin - he got gazumped by Kyle Flanagan for Christ’s sake!!

Suffers the tigers consistency curse imo. Plays some great games followed by lacklustre ones mainly dropping off effort in the one percenters.Doueihi’s defense of old last night - some of his misses were embarrassing

Can someone tell me what players in that team we fielded last night do we expect is capable of making tackle breaks other than Douehi and Skelton ?We went to Jubilee yesterday with hopes of a win (except the missus, she supports the Dragons). It was disappointing to lose Api towards the end of the game, and likely for the rest of the season. However, the whole team looked really flat from kickoff.
What's even more disappointing is that we were beaten in virtually every statistic by a very average team.
Stat Dragons Tigers Possession 54% 46% Completion Rate 32/37 (86%) 28/36 (78%) Run Metres 1,896 m 1,521 m Post-contact Metres 697 m 538 m Average Set Distance 46.2 m 41.3 m Line Breaks 8 2 Tackle Breaks 42 28 Offloads 16 9 Errors 8 13 Missed Tackles 24 38 Ineffective Tackles 17 29 Tackles Made 317 351 Penalties Conceded 4 7 Six-again Conceded 2 3 Kicks in Play 23 24 Kick Return Metres 229 m 186 m 40/20s 1 0 Scrums Won 4 4
The question is why were we so flat?
The Luai deal is a good outcome for the club.
Players are commodities in professional.sport they don't operate with the same mindset as fans.
Daily Telegraph: Meanwhile, Moses Leota’s permission to test the open market for 2028 hit like a thunderbolt this week, and there’s no shortage of clubs who have been quick to register interest in the Panthers enforcer.
Among them have been the Roosters and Tigers, but whether it materialises into concrete offers remains to be seen.
It all coincided with Luai leaving, the effort really dipped after thatSirro, I feel like the team is unsettled. I'm not sure what's going on behind closed doors, and yes, I understand we lack depth when injuries occur, but the the bigger problem appears to be a lack of effort and possibly the psychology of winning consistently.
Where are the signs that Bula has or ever will live up his 900kk or higher price tag and where are the signs that Turuva has or ever will live up to his 450k or higher price tag ?I agree ..I think they would feel that he hasn’t lived up to the money…. And that’s not likely to change over the past 3 years
In the Mitch Kenny story in today’s DT. Yes for 2028. Turns 33 that year lolWho is writing this mate ?
This is for 2028 right ? I doubt we could squeeze him in next season ,,
Bingo. This is my concern. The question is why were we so flat?
