LIVE GAME Round 26 v Cowboys

They will no doubt have to look at that rule about tackling the dummy half when he takes off now. We can find a way to get screwed.

There were a few bad ones, but that one was ridiculous. He was about to take his third step towards the try line when the ball came out, and worse still, it cost us a likely 6 points and possibly the match with the turnaround.

They took the two so it was 8 points. If the marker can’t tackle a running hooker what is the game coming to? Ref also called try so no reason to go nit picking.

When you see ref bias like what we’ve seen tonight, and more often than not over many seasons, it’s really not worth watching the game anymore. What’s the point? The ledger is rarely balanced for us and it’s never gonna change. I think I’ll give rugby league a miss from now on. Why follow such a corrupt sport!

It’s terrible and not what the rule was intended to address. They were trying to stop guys reaching around to disrupt dummy halves passing. Tom M has moved forward a few steps. Is the idea markers are not allowed to make a tackle on a dummy half?

The T May no try was an awful call. No way is Drinkwater stopping him or even getting across to him. Smart players will just step in front of lead runners, draw contact, get a penalty.

Well overdue but good to see Benji finally calling it out. That game was consistently inconsistent. The one thing that was consistent was the team getting all the calls.

If only we didn't live in the Democratic People's Republic of Annusley where coaches and media could speak freely without fear of retribution. Comrade Benji will probably be summoned to Randwick Racecourse for re-education after today's comments.

That dog of a ref and bunker should not be allowed near any of our games for a long time, just pathetic.

Smart players might do that to get a penalty, but it will depend on the jerseys of each team as to whether or not it is given.

Fairly sure the bunker were told to apply common sense on obstructions this year too.

I am not so disappointed with the second one, even though I agree that May was scoring regardless, as Pole needed to be a bit better/smarter there too.

The one that absolutely floored me was the Madden no penalty. Clearly taken out before the ball had gone anywhere near him but thats ok cos they were going for the ball.

A minute earlier the cowpats gota penalty when Skelton barely brushed a cow when he was going for a bomb.

Exactly the same circumstance the only difference being Madden had zero chance to get the ball and the cowpat cheat had every chance.

One rule one after the other two different decisions.

Did the ref have amnesia and forget the rule he just enforced 60 seconds ago??

Absolute howler im still furious!!
