He's just taking the pee now...no respect for the club or the fans
I suppose the coach can't throw rocks, would look pretty hypocritical if he came out against it.

He is getting paid 24K a week to play for the Club. I assume he flew from Townsville to PNG instead of flying back with the team ?
The optics are not good, what message does this send to our younger players ?
I was a big advocate of Luai joining the team primarily of what he could bring to team from a winning culture and mentoring situation, sadly that's gone and thankfully he will be too very soon.
I can remember tab drink promoted by Elle lolGeez, I'm old enough to remember those old taste test tv ads, Coke v Pepsi - it's always down to personal taste.
Besides, which one cleans pennies better?? 😉

Actually an extremely great question, the govt met with the opposition and the opposition agreed to honor the 10 year deal. But if the nats and ON form a coalition and can form govt iv no idea if theyve come out to state theyre position on it.how binding is this agreement if there is a government change or ON gets balance of power etc
Belt and road initiative was a real nefarious and brilliant way of China spreading influence and placing itself in soverign nations without firing a shot. Give cheap loans or build infrustructure that China knew the nation would never be able to pay off leaving them in a debt trap and China able to walk in and take assets and position itself within the nation. So simple yet so effective. Also so evil. Typical shylock scam.Maybe, however, that's not as I understand it.
There are over 20 communist state run companies operating in PNG that have put it in a debt trap, and ASIO is worried. These no interest loans have happened throughout Southeast Asia, Africa and the South Pacific.
The last three governments failed to recognise this, and now we're scrambling.

Said it last week ill say it again. The guy is the worlds biggest germ. Out playing golf after getting injured potentially ending his Tigers career. In a game where his defensive reads on his side cost us a win. In truth it was him and the centre, but Luais arm grabbing attempted tackles allowed 2 tries through him. Bugger him off now, ill pack for him.Luai.is.in.PNG playing golf with the Prime minister instead of getting scans on his ankle

I like scotch eggs too, never see them in Aussie supermarkets?Have to say im not keen on it from the club and fan perspective however I suppose this is just a more extreme example of the TPA being independent of club and up to player and manager. Thats always been the mantra of the NRL and let's face it, clubs have been whacked for getting involved in TPA's.
Having said that now example has been set, they cant complain when, let's say I like scotch eggs (and I do) and I organise a TPA promoting scotch eggs in UK with a bit of Oz promotion as well, whilst I play with whatever NRL club, it's independent of the club and its a private commercial arrangement between player - manager- promoter.
Ha!!!! Alas no, never seen in Sydney / Canberra. Spent 6 weeks in London and Europe over Dec- Jan. I was insufferable until I got scotch eggs from Sainsbury's. Needless to say I got my fill to last me until next visit in a year or so. Don't think I will visit in winter though next time.I like scotch eggs too, never see them in Aussie supermarkets?
I find this quite naive on two fronts. This money should be spent bolstering our armed forces and securing our borders. Once we’ve done that, we can help secure and invest further in PNG.
In saying that, any support we can provide to help them improve their communities, whether that’s doctors, teachers, scientists or engineers, would make more sense, rather than a politically subsidised football club.
Scotch eggs , is that a hard boiled egg wrapped into a ball in spiced up beef mince or pork mince then deep friedI like scotch eggs too, never see them in Aussie supermarkets?
