Don't trust their food hygieneWell I’m all for the Chinese.
They’ve given us Kmart, temu, shein, Chinese food. All the stuff we love!
Matter of fact, might grab a sweet and sour pork now!
Money should not be your primary motivator. When you die you don't take the money with you. Be humble. Stay loyal. Always.Jahrome Luai legacy = Mercenary
For context, under the Albanese government they have increased foreign aid from $4.5billion to $5.1billion per year.In the end, I don’t have a problem with a PNG side. However, I do have a problem with the tax free incentive and us footing the bill.
This tax free clause will affect a lot of teams. It’s already affected ours, with Luai jumping ship.
This whole saga has been a massive overreactionLuai.is.in.PNG playing golf with the Prime minister instead of getting scans on his ankle
Dump him now
He has the blessing of the clubscumbag
scumbag, remember all the people defending him and supporting him, imagine doing all these things on the side when you are contracted with another club, just shows his true character.....
In your opinionThis whole saga has been a massive overreaction

Interesting side-note: scotch eggs did not originate in nor were they named for Scotland.Ha!!!! Alas no, never seen in Sydney / Canberra. Spent 6 weeks in London and Europe over Dec- Jan. I was insufferable until I got scotch eggs from Sainsbury's. Needless to say I got my fill to last me until next visit in a year or so. Don't think I will visit in winter though next time.
Good luck hiring and training enough Australian soldiers with $600M, over 10 years, to counter the two million of the Chinese army. While $600m is peanuts when it comes to upgrading, building, or purchasing modern, battlefield-ready hardware and systems, what that $600m can do over that time is train and strengthen our current personnel, as well as attract new recruits, in what is a new, modern age of warfare due to drones.
Our current armed forces (land, air and sea) number just over 90,000. China’s number over 2,000,000 and growing. Look at Ukraine and how it has used technology to stave off Russia.
The Chiefs’ Club will not protect our borders, nor will it change the influence and debt that China has plunged PNG into. Sure, it’s a feel good story, but that’s all it is, a politically brokered story by the Labor government.
Edit: PNG have around 4000 active armed forces.

'Significant change to the relationship': PNG seeks $11.8b debt refinance from China
In a move experts say could give Beijing even greater influence over Australia's nearest neighbour, Papua New Guinea's Prime Minister James Marape reaches out to China to help refinance its $11.8 billion national debt.www.abc.net.au
Our version of getting done and the piss weak NRL version of getting done might be a far way apart? For some reason I see the corruption in PNG politics leaking into the Chiefs and them getting done for salary cap breaches in the future
