When I was younger a hot sunny day was for the beach and a rainy day meant sport could be called off.

I knew I was old once a sunny day is a good clothes drying day and rain is good for the garden.

I think you realise you are old when you look around a room & suddenly realise that YOU are meant to be the responsible adult in the room, when did this happen???
It’s when you sit on the floor & have to think about getting up, the sports injuries hit harder now, you have to think about which knee is stronger & which one tends to give out more.
I try not to dwell on getting old & just enjoy whatever time I have.
