Coach Benji 👑

There is ZERO chance (infinitely less than Zero)
he accepts a demotion or re-structure of his position of any kind.
Ego is not a dirty word, not convinced a suggested position in recruitment would work better than the players he attracts as coach.

For Benji is it heading to a crossroads moment, ride or die, another season of poor results next year could have a lot pointing the finger.

Time to deliver.

Is it as easy as implementing the idiom: money, money changes everything, over to you HBG cough up our give up.
Holbrook gets sacked from the Titans another club that has struggled to climb the ladder and then also fails under Hasler .Hannay does his apprenticeship under Fitzgibbon considered a good young coach - with some real talent in the Titans squad - zero impression on their standing this year. Holbrook quite possibly coach of the year at his new club with some exceptional talent.
All can coach but very hard to change the output of a struggling club.

Track record of the Titans is woeful, calibre of talent they've had over the years it's hard to believe they can't improve, maybe the holiday destination is in the brickwork.

Our roster is on the improve but needs to keep getting the inflows of talent, be it from outside or within in positions that need strengthening, if Benji is canned attracting and holding talent could slow again to a trickle and produce the spoon years.

If the roster keeps on improving our fortunes have to change eventually, when is the unknown, as long as it takes.

If you read the earlier post from Jolls regarding attitude and desire being a key ingredient to winning, then the Titans are a perfect example of a team that has a good enough group of players but is in an environment and has a culture that distracts from their focus. They are huge underperformers.

I did read it what's your point, I described them as a holiday destination, wouldn't that crudely agree with Jolls opinions, there's obviously something very wrong in that joint.

Wasn’t making a point contrary to your post - actually agreeing with it and aligning your suggestion that their location seems to be a distraction, to what Jolls was posting about the importance of attitude and intent. Titans often do seem to play like they’re on holiday.
(The opening of my reply to your post was not meant to be accusatory RHS).

Watched a replay of westst game against the cows at the start of the season. Wow! Before all our injuries the boys were playing great football. KPP was fantastic, in both attack and defence. Same for AD. May was enormous in the front row. (What happened to him?). Turuva, Makisini, JL was terrific. Benji had them really humming. My takeaway was that Benji can coach and our players can play. Barring injuries, we will go ok next year.
May in the forwards is being burnt out. A guy can only use his body as a battering ram for so long before it starts breaking down and getting fatigued. If you want the best Terrell May you can get, he plays 55 - 60 minutes a week. Not
75 - 80. His body is cooked by round 10.
