Luai did say he would be happy to stay at Wests Tigers while the club treated him and his family well. Obviously there was a a hidden message in those words.
Then after going gangbusters for 8 rounds our wheels fell off and the club started contract talks with all Samoans.
This reactionary behaviour wouldn’t be necessary if we had serious well intentioned board members.
Benji is a yes man, the HBG board love him. He’s one of them.
If HBG can’t find middle ground they blow up the place, putting another nail in the coffin of the WT esprit de corpse.

Richo never said that .. Jesus Christ do you people ever let the truth get in the way of your narrative? Richo, the guy that was knifed in the back a year ago, said he believed our spine was as good on paper as any spine in the comp.. Benji is employed by HBG .. I’m sure he is well aware of the lack of self serving , incompetent D1ckheads he answers to, which is why he tries to separate the league team from them to the best of his ability . This fandom is freaking toxic, I can barely stand to read the nonsense, the duplicity, the absolute spite I see directed at our players and Benji so I understand why any origin class player would laugh at the offer to come here.. we want players loyal to the club but we show them all zero respect and loyalty.. Terell may has been incredible for us and yet morons on here call him pillow and soft and stat padder..ffs he tries his heart out every week..and he and his brother are the type that leave ot all out their fir the jersey.. their team mates LOVE them, they are the type of bloke you would want in the trenches with you, they would die for their mates and yet we put crap on them? The way so called fans talk about makasini is absolutely disgusting, the bloke is 19 and as soon as he shows some form we will be begging him to stay and stressing that we will lose him.. Jesus it makes me sick.. you get what you give and Benji is doing a hell if a Job imo .. Kpp and averillo running off some real ball plating halves and Heywood and api could be anything next year…give them some grace ..

The lifestyle will be so crap. Living in a compound constantly surrounded by armed guards everywhere you go. Im going to laugh my rear off when it implodes and players come back cause they have the jack of it, the stories theyll tell.

My friend work there in 2017/18 in a compound they came under attack locals with guns breaking into the compound and getting shot by armed guards they break in looking to get someone living in there for quick cash trade
 
This whole thread is full of bitter and salty bogan clowns which is ironic. The guy no doubt was a failure and didn't do what the club paid him to do but you're all getting very personal with someone you probably have never met and wouldn't say half of this stuff to his face. The reputation of Tigers fans doing this to departing players such as Galvin, Brooks and Bateman is funny

Yeah seems to me there is a problem at the cub where these things finish on such unprofessional notes. Moses, Woods, Teddy, Brooks, Galvin, Luai and likely Doueihi.

I won't be cheering him on for the rest of his career. Probably won't death ride him like a few other ex 5/8s either. Why does it so often seem to end like this though?

I have no idea to be honest. Our fanbase is right up there with toxicity along with the Bulldogs fans. They are probably more bandwagons whereas our fans are just depressed and have to take anger out on something
