Does anyone really know what Benji is on?

It is going back a while now, but I'm sure I saw some story or comments about Benji's salary actually being paid by a sponsor, not real sure if there is any truth in any of that, and of course that was way before Benji's ridiculous contract extension.

Would be interested if anyone can shed a bit of light on this and at the time even Benji felt his contract extension was not warranted because it had not yet been earned, but surely there is no way that Benji is on anything approaching a million, but with HBG running the show, who really knows.

I would also like to know what Hodgo and Heighno are on?
What was John Morris on? Same money to spend on a new assistant coach.
And what is WT offering [or range of $$$] for the new assistant coach?

Your strength will make you a shoe in for the job because it’s an important yearly event for us in September and we need some fresh ideas.

Could you run the water bottle on game days as well? Perhaps a little vodka mixed in might enhance the team’s performances.

Of course it gives him experience first hand - not particularly a positive one - considering he is also at the worst performing club in the NRL. It also doesn't give him much time to learn from his mistakes and at most other clubs he would be definitely walking the tight rope.
Experienced coaches also fail at poorly run clubs with weak rosters. It's hysterical that people say we need Flannagan - based on what the premiership side he coached or the struggling side he recently failed at. Foran zero experience pretty decent roster to work with who played finals the year before. We havnt played finals in 15 years.
What he needs is a system where quality players want to play at and that is run by astute invested people that are all pulling in the one direction. And the likelihood of that happening in his time- highly unlikely

Would Sandercock be of any use to Benji, he's already at the club, and done a pretty good job with the girls, I wonder do they have any interaction ? (Benji & Craig !)

I don't know man, you need an extreme level of fitness to be the water boy as well as possessing top of the ladder IQ, inspecting the bucket thoroughly for holes every morning.

I am actually pretty good with Witch's Hats from the grandkids playing I could put that in as well

It won't surprise me, but look at the Dragons defensive record when Flannowas their Head Coach....it was putrid...worse than ours....The man can't coach defence but we will probably ignore that fact and give him the role..We need someone who has a TRACK RECORD of putting defensive systems in place and they work!.
