Pascoe would always say it cost us money to play at LO even when sold out but to play at Homebush with 10k fans we made money.

Prices have gone up to host/run events and venue / corporate capacity hasn’t increased.

I would have it a guess Richo has seen the books and cannot make any business sense why LO without significant upgrades is viable hence the talk that followed.

I would have been prepared to dedicate something to Brett Hodgson when he chose to go to Parra instead of staying on with the JV. But he redeemed himself beyond every realm by not only returning, but being a key component to our premiership win. I love the guy to death now. Wish he had a role at the club.

For every supporter we lose in the "inner west" (I'm sure you actually mean people who go to LO) there's an exponential number of extra supporters in the West, South West and the rest of Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. We are the WESTS TIGERS, that gives us scope to be supported by anyone.
We'll have a presence in the South west, but we don't necessarily have to play there. This club should be a behemoth, not a midget playing in a backyard sized toilet cubicle in Leichhardt.
The Dolphins get it. They have Brisbane wide support even though they're based in Redcliffe. Not calling themselves Redcliffe was a masterstroke.

Open your mind to what could be and don't act out of self interest for your own little corner of the world.

Now that a WTs office has opened in Campbelltown ..I’d like a see a well designed 25-30K Stadium built at Campbelltown. With space for 2K corporates. If WTs starts winning above 50% games, you’d regularly get 20K plus crowds. I know all games aren’t going to be as well attended as the Dragons at Campbelltown on a Sunday at 4pm But under Richo a good relationship seems to be developing in the area

That should be the end goal if we want to own the South West. Then play 2-3 heritage games at a full Leichhardt on a Sunday afternoon. Perfect 👌
