Tomic had an awkward moment tripping over his feet and having to withdraw from the final. He has climb over 700 ranking positions in the last 12-18mths and has a goal of making it back into the top 100 over the next 6mths.

Tina Nadine Smith won in Switzerland as she tries to crack into the top 300 rankings for the first time.
US Open kicks off overnight best of luck to all Aussies involved. A few favorable draws for some of the Aussies.

RisingAdam Walton in back to back big tournaments, and defeats Ugo Humbert 9-4, 7-6, 5-7, 6-1 to move into the 2nd round of the US Open.

Moving into the 2nd round is Australia’s number one ranked female, Daria Kasatkina defeating Elena-Gabriela Ruse in straight sets, 7-5, 6-1.
9-3 at the Grand Slams this year.

Daria has struggled heaps since changing allegiances to Australia. Hopefully she gets some form to end the season on a high and keep her ranking in order.
