The reason why most don’t like it though is for territorial reasons which is stupid.
Dunno about that

Id guess most people follow sports theyve played...in my case anyway..

Played league union and cricket and watch all...never played afl and not interested...we played muck around soccer at primary school and i can appreciate the skills in epl & european soccer.

Even snooker and billiards...lot of high school was spent jigging down the snooker room...dont go. Out of my way to.watch this but the pros are amazing.

Never been into yachting tennis or horse show jumping

AFL is a boring game to watch. It’s hard to understand how it became so popular? Possibly due to high numbers of grateful immigrants attaching to some Australiana?

One of the AFL's most hardcore footy fans has taken to social media in the wake of Geelong's grand final loss to Brisbane, insisting that he's not accepting the 'disgraceful' loss.

Troy 'Catman' West has been one of the Geelong Cats' most recognisable fans for many years with his exuberant costumes and make-up.

'I am a sovereign citizen and I refuse to accept that loss in that manner. I'm a sovereign citizen and we don't play by the current rules.

It has alot to do with what people grew up with.

I can see how if you spent your early years growing up with it how it could be exciting... but nah
