That’s fine. I was like it too once upon a time. One of the great things about getting older though is that it mellows you. She can name call, but she can’t tell me I’m wrong.
 
If Richo stays, has he not stated himself that he would be finishing up at the conclusion of the 2027 season ?
So if he does stay, what do we do at the end of 2027 ?
I know he’s been good for us, but he is not the second coming of Jesus Christ,

If it was me, I’d be trying to grow a potential replacement from within and then open the job open to external recruitment and let the best person win when the time comes.
Assuming Richo stays and that could be a rather large assumption, have him mentor an internal person up until he leaves. Someone mentioned we have employed a gun administrator from Central Coast Mariners (I think). He could be the person.

We get you as recruitment manager so we can finally sign Khan Pereira and promote half the Lebanese national team. Maybe our recruitment will finally be under control.

Then we get coivtny to head up some sort of thing where he has to manage some people. Apparently he's very good at that. Just ask him.

Next...we reduce our 7 person board to 5 and get BZN and the bus driver in as independent board members.

The final piece of the puzzle is to install the highly respected rugby league administrator, Dennis Burgess as CEO.

This is about what I expect management to come up with.
