You’re right.Mate, Cameron Smith isn't even the second-best hooker to play the game. His longevity, leaderhip and ref whispering were second to none, but second best player to ever play? Please.
I think he was the best !

They can’t legally because Bula isn’t off contract yetI'd examine why the Dragons' are offering Drinkwater the contract instead of Bula.
Could you imagine if he sold second hand cars how good he would beMate, Cameron Smith isn't even the second-best hooker to play the game. His longevity, leaderhip and ref whispering were second to none, but second best player to ever play? Please.
The only player that would even come close to smith is Steve Walter’s . But even then he didn’t do it for long enough or make anywhere near the same mark . And no Danny Buderus isn’t second … sorry . Nor is backdoor Benny or Robbie . I will say this though. If Robbie Farah and Cam smith were both playing a game and they were operating at thier absolute peak performance capability .. I’d pick Robbie . It’s just Cam smith was alway giving you 8/10 no matter what … where Robbie could give you 10/10 performances and then be completely ineffectual for the next 10 games. You’re right.

To’a problem is his left arm injury. Not the same player with it and it doesn’t look like improving any time soon.Toa will return Benji is a big fan of his
Tavana is an interesting one I don't know how that will play out 4 choice winger
Herbert I said when he came to us in the Will play 6 to 8 games
I have watched him since his Warriors days you know how brilliant he was on the weekend well on his off days he's just as brilliant the other way when he has a bad game he really has a bad game as soon as a mistake happens it can go either way with him he doesn't handle it very well
We will find out soon enough
And he signs a 4-year contract-----------And Flano is out the door in within a month...Ha ha.If Bula is stupid enough to want to play under Flanno perhaps we should let him go. I can’t believe Bula could be so stupid given the way things are playing out. The clubs and their respective coaches are trending in opposite directions.
What heavy backend contracts are you talking about? What players?
We'll pick up his extension which means he's signed to end of 27.RE: Bula
I’m more concerned with Perth. They will have money to spend. If you can get paid 200-300k extra would you move there?
We were close to / or / over the salary cap from 2009 - 2012.
Robbie and Benji took 'paycuts' to make things fit that would get paid into their contracts next time around. There were other players too but they were the big ones. Benji took a verbal agreement and handshake from Humphries for a big revised deal in 2012, which the club then later reneged on a year later after Humphries resigned. So Benji left.
Robbie's deferment was massive. Went up to from like 400k to 900k in 2013.
But yea Humphries was supposedly this legendary Qantas and Britsh Airways exec -- he made the first big mess at the club and left the club bottom of the ladder 2013.

He’s way better than Herbert at his best.
Based on performances of Herbert and Turuva this year, he's a Cup player unless there are multiple injuriesHe's returning from injury not just stuck there forever
You're getting Tedesco and Moltzen mixed up.Yes Sheen's contracts effected seasons 2013 -2014 and he had to pay very big overs to keep Tedesco at the backend of 2011 because Teddy was off to the Dragons in 2012 if he did not pay
Hey BWGNo absolute standouts but we don't need top tier with Terrell May, Fonua Pole & Sione Fainu with many years of footy left + Twal and then depth with Seyfarth & Bunty.
We can develop Taupau-Moors properly progressing through Flegg & Cup first and working on the areas to become an NRL bench prospect perhaps by 2028 (which is when Royce may have finished up).
Four lower grade players who are showing signs are ...
-Elijah Mataale (22), however has not been sighted since doing a T&T with the NRL squad pre-Xmas. Injury???
- Vaka Aho (23), a real slow burner, been in our pathways for years and has improved each season. Starting to really stand out for the Magpies in NSW Cup this season. No star but could develop into solid depth. I'd love to see what he can develop into with a full NRL pre-season.
-Lachlan Broederlow (22) - back playing on an edge but has looked good in the middle. Amazing how he has developed after a full pre-season in the fitness stakes.
-Archie Duncombe (20) - workhorse, leads by example, very good line speed & contact in defence, reminds me of Tyson Frizell in style and action.
Tavana will move up the pecking order next year. Luke off to Perth, Skelton off contract and Will Craig should be moved on.Toa will return Benji is a big fan of his

Bulla would have a clause , Flanno gone I’m a free agentAnd he signs a 4-year contract-----------And Flano is out the door in within a month...Ha ha.
Sounds like BS to me.
