Just turned 21 a couple of weeks ago. If he was playing flegg as eligible people would think he is the next tedesco

When we have players debut at NRL level so young, we seem to judge them very harshly afterwards if they don’t become instant stars.
Regardless if they played NRL at a young age or not, they more often than not still take time to really mature and develop with age and experience.
