Could see this coming. I thought it was funny that a lot of the guys extended with us immediately after Luai signed with PNG. To me it seemed like a statement that they were a tad pissed off with his decision to leave. And despite all the facade of ‘yo bro’ culture with Luai front and centre, we’ve played like crap ever since.

I would not be surprised if he has already played his last game in Wests Tigers colours, he's busted, he has been carrying an injury since early on in the season.

If he does play on for the remainder of the season I think he'll miss more games than he plays.

I agree it’s a big call … I’m hoping he has done it as step one of a plan to bring another player to the club thats already lined up … maybe wishful thinking .., but doesn’t make a lot of sense to me otherwise….

There has to be an investigation into who made this decision.
As you have already mentioned, it would be astonishing if it was not Benji’s decision.

There are talks that some were unhappy with Shaun's appointment, I wouldn't put anything past this lot.

It’s a crazy move by the club .. he’s going to PNG team in 28 .. which current club in the NRL will sign him for 1 year on the salary he is currently on .. ??

He might as well stay with us for the 27 season .. or we’re gonna have to pay most of his salary to go play with another club .. that’s if another club will sign a 1 year deal with him .. ??

Now that he knows we’re looking at moving him on .. what’s to say he gonna put in for the rest of the season .. ?? We lose out on all aspects of this move .. !! Still shaking head in disbelief at this move .. and currently travelling the UK .. Egypt .. France and Monaco .. in a heat wave so the poor Poms are reporting .. 30 degrees here in Oxford UK currently .. lol
