PNG have 3 young players who can cover half-5/8 Currently playing within the NRL system they do not need Latu trust me , They want Sam.

Hope so, but you never know mate with islanders. Manase has lost a lot of money and there is often a lot of pressure to support family. A move to PNG will help them do that

mate … no rumour I read here here means anything to me…We saw with Bula that these things get done in their own time, and the talk and rumours of him leaving were through the roof beforehand even though like this situation the logic doesn’t really stand up to scrutiny
… I will be very surprised if both brothers don’t re- sign here at top dollar like Bula did .., and Manese gets a train and trial deal next season … the Chiefs won’t be taking on Manese.., both are still young enough to chase the dollars the next time in PNG should that be of interest

Our devious plan to take 5 hiit ups one off the ruck on the same side one after the other also helps them with this .. as does the refusal to run in pairs or run a decoy or even to run at an angle or any type of variation at all .. it’s mind biogling .. local a grade teams and even junior teams play with nore structure, shape and imagination.. the attack is woeful as is picking injured outside backs that cannot beat a defender, that do not run lines and that are unable to used support players even to dummy to or try to link up with .. the tendency to receive a ball in a bit of space only to immediately step back towards where the ball came from and run back toward the defence without even considering the support is madness

Cooper Clarke looks good , Connolly lemulemu, Ray stone , there is a few around, we just do not keep them.. Christian Tapau Moors looks like he might be a good one,, and Sukkar is coming along nicely

Unfortunately we have become a joke of a club/team.We don’t seem to have players that are willing to take the hard hit ups,can’t remember the last time I actually saw one of our players tackle hard enough to worry any team.And our coach seems to be completely lost on how to fix this.very sad what we have become.
We need to go out to the market and buy hard running players that can bend the line, and players willing to actually tackle hard instead just standing there and trying to hold them. Gee our forwards are so soft at the moment.
And signing our so called up and coming players is not the answer

Demps , can you mods start a thread for “signings and suggestions at other clubs than Wests Tigers “ for all the posters that want to constantly rush here with fears of players leaving this club or the real weird posts about potential signings for random players at other clubs ? Please ? Just I come here to speculate and ruminate about players that people think may be signing with the wests Tigers or even that people dream may come here and how that may look .. the constant doom posting about players that may leave the club , and the frenzied orgastic joy some posters take out of posting it on this thread makes no sense to me ..
