Don't forget LomaxMetcalf left because he only wanted to play 7 not 6 with Boyd
Xerri had a tantrum because he wanted to play on the left side of the field

Good call.Other coaches don't deal with sort of shit because the self entitled are weeded out, or are that good that they deal with the issues behind closed doors. You only have to look over the fence to Souths and see what happens when you let double standards into the system.
Kimmorley admitted that he wasn't strong enough as a coach at the time to sit AD out in reggies and that he was blackmailed into letting him get his way; this was a clear indicator of a player you want to be moving on.
I called it way back, the best postion for AD in the Wests Tigers was on another teams roster. I was shouted down as being an AD hater. This was untrue at the time and it is now. My stance then, and now, was based on his character not his footballing ability. He espoused leadership then and blackmailed the coach; now he has walked out on his team mates in the time of greatest need. This again goes to his character.
He is contracted to us and needs very clear guidance on what he needs to do to get himself back into FG. If he is as good as he thinks he is he can make potentially ge tover this. If I was responsible for the roster though he would be free to leave with the clubs blessing if he gets an offer (no freight).
He isn't on that much coin so would be great as a backup in Ressies for depth where he can be managing within the contractual arrangements unteil he next breaches when we can kick him to the curb for breach of contract and keep the $ in the cap.
People of weak character do not belong in team sports!
Who else has refused to train or.play with us?It’s a regular thing with us though.
I think the point is that we seem to have a lot of them.Other coaches don't deal with sort of shit because the self entitled are weeded out, or are that good that they deal with the issues behind closed doors. This is pretty much backed up by comments made by Adel Hage who would have been here and around the playing group for 4 or 5 years.Yeah just watched Noddy on Sen talking about his experience with AD.....it does explain a few things about team selections, this year in particular.
Surely the rest of the players knew about this behaviour? It can't do team harmony much good.
I think Chris Walker did it too at Souths before going to easts....recieved death threats the whole shebangIf you go back further, DCE once refused to train until he got a contract extension. Gave the entire Manly squad the shits.
Look back at our history with this tick of a human it's just so obvious, I doubt as wrong as Doueihi's actions are that he'd go crying to the media like a child.has an Issac Moses stench
It goes back to before Benji though. The writing was on the wall under Sheens. @pawsandclaws1 may know about his junior history but character is not norally something that changes. It certainly can be done; but AD has been exhibiting this false leadership/poor character trait for a while.I think the point is that we seem to have a lot of them.
Are we hiring people of weak character, turning them into one or is it more a case of beggars can't be choosers?
What changes do we need to make so this doesn't happen again? What can Benji learn from this? What can the Club learn from this?
It's fine to keep blaming individuals when they leave or are about to leave, but that's useless. You still need to do an internal review to understand what we could have done better.
I think other coaches also don’t deal with it because they’re not out there trying to put gooseys on everyone and calling them all Cuzzy, Bro or ELoOther coaches don't deal with sort of shit because the self entitled are weeded out, or are that good that they deal with the issues behind closed doors. Could be a bit of that too!I think other coaches also don’t deal with it because they’re not out there trying to put gooseys on everyone and calling them all Cuzzy, Bro or ELo

Blind Love for Doueihi - reckons he was a shoe in for Origin 😂😂Gibberer that bloke....another that thinks hes important
He has beenObjectively
AD has been under valued / under respected his entire career.
I dont support the refusal to play but he could have rocked up and played like garbage which others do.
Like he did last week?Objectively

AD’s response would suggest otherwise.I'd like to think AD and Benji are man enough and value their friendship / working relationship enough to work this out as gentleman.
This isn't kindergarten.
