None of the american ones count because its a different market
The older clubs have prior use exemptions from before trademarks
The Blues being a colour has meant neither organisation has been able to hold a trademark.
So none of those are relevant examples to this case

You would think that’s what the Knights ideally want.
But if they retain Bradman Best on big money as well as the upgrades that will be required for their young forwards, I can’t see how they will have much cap space to pay Fletcher Hunt what he will be worth.
You would think half of the NRL will be after Fletcher Hunt come November 1, so he might simply go to the biggest bidder.

Idk I think it could be pretty likely, there was mail about it a few years ago, and the roosters seem to like bringing in an experienced spine player or someone right in the prime of their career. Usually it’s been a half back (dce and Cronk) but with their young halves pairing moving forward and teddys retirement soon I feel like they will want a big name fullback instead

Hypothetical - would people want Leniu if it meant we couldnt keep Pole? Feel like with the cap we would struggle to have those 2, May, Hunt and Twal (i know Twal has been lock but I think we will end up back in the front row)
Think we have put a lot of work into Pole, hes one of our own and he looks like hes about to come good.
There is of course still a very Tigers possibility we lose Pole as well as not sign Leniu.
