Time For Benji Marshall to Retire

@watersider Good on you. But sadly with only a few exceptions this whole forum is an embarrassment particularly after a loss.

    Jacob Liddle #198

I'm sticking with what I posted in the off season. Jacob Liddle and Tom Mikaele are future Rep players. And when is this nonsense about Liddle being injury prone going to stop. He had a double shoulder reconstruction at the age of 20, of course with his slight build it was going to take time...

    Farah

@hobbo1 Please take this wisdom onboard everybody. This is the opinion of one of the GREAT backyard touch footballers of the 90s. Known for his blinding speed and swerve. Had to be seen to be believed, left his little sister clutching at thin air. WOW.

    Wests Tigers Team v Newcastle

@cochise When is this nonsense going to be put into perspective. They are cap exempt. BIG DEAL So who makes up the difference on their contracts payments THE CLUB DOES. That might be alright for richer clubs, but the Tigers ain't one of them.

Roosters talent spotter takes over as Wests Tigers head of football

@willow Not Exactly...….. My understanding of the Tedesco balls up at the Dogs had very little to do with McDonnell. My understanding is and was Tedesco, Moses and Woods were offered to the Dogs as a package, Hasler said no to Moses. Deal off. Meanwhile put over at Bondi Junction Minichiello...

Roosters talent spotter takes over as Wests Tigers head of football

Once again as I read some of the comments re this thread it just verifies how stupid and ill-informed many of the posters are. I think McDonnell might have been quite happy to part company with the Bulldogs as they set out to self-implode AGAIN, with Dean Pay resigned only a few months back...

    @Furious1 Summed up beautifully.

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

@krayola Waqa Blake is a gifted footballer, but he is bone idle, the majority of his games you wouldn't even know he was on the field. And if Eels fans think that Brad Arthur with his spitting and screaming is going to get Blake to be more involved well, Good Luck.

Wests Tigers coach Michael Maguire and prop Russell Packer are no longer speaking to each other,

@weststigerman Bro he lost the weight at the Dragons and decided to get an education. I'm convinced he has something still to offer, If Maguire is such a great coach which I personally doubt, he has got to get the best out of Packer. Russ has a contract, I'll bet he has already planned his post...

Wests Tigers coach Michael Maguire and prop Russell Packer are no longer speaking to each other,

@OzLuke Do you honestly think that Packer cares? This is the contract that he's waited for all his NRL career. At the Warriors and Dragons very ordinary money, Cleary offers him 4 years at 650k he has a signed contract and couldn't give a stuff. And I don't totally blame him. I posted the...

    DWZ to arrive ASAP

All the excuses in the world can be trotted out but Maguire has handled things appallingly the last few weeks from team selections to leaks to the press. Sure he got screwed by Cleary, but he also stupid enough to allow Cleary to play him. Cleary has already dug his own grave and its only a...

    Speechless

Absolute CRAP. If you actually knew anything about anything you would consider the facts. Brooks has had to play with some of the worst pack of forwards the NRL has seen in the last 4 years. The "Totally Overrated", Nathan Cleary has played his whole NRL career with, "Supposably", the most...

The Problem with the Tigers attack is

No one is happier than me when the Tigers win and more than happy to admit when I'm wrong. But aren't you just a bit premature with your assumption.

    Cammy - It's not fair

Another day, more dissatisfaction and controversy surrounding the NRL and its leadership. I'll say it again 90% of ALL publicity that the NRL has received under Greenberg's leadership has been negative. I'll say it again Greenberg and that Queensland Peanut will be gone before the end of the year.

The Problem with the Tigers attack is

I do respect your opinions Geo but the Tigers total lack of attack has become obvious to anyone who has the remotest interest in the NRL. Farah was brought back towards the latter part of last season to get some fluidity in our attack after all he is the man who touches the ball more than any...

The Problem with the Tigers attack is

It's not about hate its about the predictability that Farah's game has become. It's about the total lack of speed in our attack. It's about giving a young guy who has been hyped by everybody who been connected with our coaching staff for the last few years as the future his opportunity. I'll...

The Problem with the Tigers attack is

If you are able to read it properly, I said he has been past his best for the last 3 YEARS. It has got jack to do with yesterday.

The Problem with the Tigers attack is

The problem with the Tigers attack is Mr R Farah. Farah is at least three years past his best, his biggest asset to the club is his experience which can be used just as effectively off field, his biggest drawback is his constant stifling of the attack. His pace is non-existent and his defence...

    Pascoe sanctioned by the NRL

I can only hope that Jack de Belin and Shane Flanagan show some backbone and take the NRL to court. To take the words of a famous Australian slightly out of context. "God save the Queen because nothing will save Todd Greenberg". I really believe Greenberg will be gone before the end of the year.
