Just love when you read positive posts on the forum. Simon has along way to go and with fans supporting him it will make it easier for him. From my point of view, watching him day in and day out it is hard, but for him he takes it as another day and step forward to recovery.

I will try to keep the forum up to date during his Rehab.
Simon is having contolled physio sessions twice a week and self sessions 7 days a week. Simon is making slow progress with movement to his shoulder and feeling in his tricep. Having and maintaining a positive attitude is vital for Simo's rehabilitation and he shows no weakness in this area. He...

Another good day with Simon. Big walk today followed by nice quite sit in the sun and lunch at the cafeteria. Might get lucky and go home tomorrow.

Simon is doing well today, he has been up and about but still feeling the effect of the long operation. Gave him a leg, calf and heel massage today. I can pass on to his fans that Simon thanks everyone for their support and prayers.mtf

Simons operation went better than planned. The road to recovery is the next challenge for Simon. With his determination and the support of family, friends, fans and West Tigers, this shouldn't be to hard for him. "Go get him Tiger".
