Seriously who agreed to this doco ? It’s being filmed in one of the worst seasons we’ve ever had while we already fighting with the broncos for the biggest laughing stock in the league, this doco will take it over the edge. Look at Sunderland and Tottenham with their documentaries, absolute shambles the both of them. Can’t wait for Fox to come out with their next Maguire sob piece because “look how passionate he is in the sheds”. Embarrassing from top to bottom

It might end up shedding some light on what goes on behind the scenes. Sometimes a losing season can be just as illuminating. And for non-Tigers fans, potentially very entertaining when they aren't invested in the results.

It's innovative if nothing else. If the documentary ends up showing Tigers to be an absolute amateur shambles organisation, then yes Tigers would probably have been better off keeping it to themselves. If not, it gets some of the Tigers story into public.

Also Tottenham aren't shambles, they just have very high expectations because that's how EPL fans are with high-support teams. Tottenham are like Tigers in many ways, they have a long-term milestone (silverware) that they just can't seem to achieve. And they are churning through managers too rapidly of late.

Difference being Tottenham have actually been super competitive most recent seasons, almost always Top 8 and often playing in Europe. But fans want that trophy - FA Cup, Carabao Cup, anything. And there are bigger and better financed sides who beat them out, who seem to not worry about salary caps or funding streams.

I mean, Tottenham own a $1B stadium, even though it's in debt, NRL the organisation doesn't have anything like that. AFL owns Marvel Stadium, which is half the cost of Tottenham Stadium.

If you held a gun to my head I couldn’t tell you who’s gonna win silverware first. Also with the off season and end of the season Tottenham had, I would definitely say they are shambles. Couldn’t get 4 different managers over the line and likely to lose one of their best ever players. Not to mention sacking a coach the week of the cup final

Will be interesting to see the mood in sheds after a loss. Can see AD being one that takes it to heart. Though I get the impression lots of care free attitudes may be exposed

Really interested to see this - don't think I'll be able to see it anywhere in NZ though.

Cancelled my Kayo when they started blocking VPNs.

Some commenting on who let this doco happen... whoever did might also be regretting it right now too. The timing is awful and we're no sure thing to beat Brisbane on the weekend, the day before it airs.

I haven't seen the Sunderland or Tottenham ones. Have any of these docos ever covered a team during a successful season?

Demountable buildings are super elite. All the best schools have them

The demountables are actually pretty nice, much better than I expected from the outside. I haven't been all the way through but don't make the mistake of thinking colourbond walls are an indicator of what's inside.

I know, was just joking around. It’s not the building that improves the players it’s the people inside it and how they use what’s available to them.

The dumb bells in the new COO will weigh 0.75kg more than the same dumb bells in the demountable..

Lol, looks like a caravan Uncle Merv and Auntie Margaret would travel up the coast in with the rest of the grey nomads. Wonder where they store the deck chairs and the card table?

Not really looking forward to this, due to where we are on the ladder.

But imagine us gaining momentum after the win from the Broncos and release of the doco..

could be perfect timing...

It also depends on infrastructure and equipment available.

But I just found it idiotic that they use that shot in the promo. It looks like one of those obvious creeper vans with "Icecream" written on it.

This is going to be a really good thing for our club honestly. It might be a car crash in the short term but long term it's going to shine some lights where they need to be shone.

Hopefully it puts a spotlight on the massive shortcomings in our club which will hopefully lead to some change within.
Sure we will be a laughing stock after it airs but then again we already are. Broncos, Titans, Dogs, Dragons, Raiders and Warriors are in no better position than WT at the moment so a similar style doco coming out of any of those clubs would be just as much of a shambles (Warriors get some grace due to their Covid-forced relocation to Oz but they have been an underperforming shambles for many years too).

The Sunderland one is great and I do see parallels with the tigers. It is sad watching a historical club with a massive following going backwards while convincing themselves that they are on the right track & things are turning around.

Also the delusions (or public face saving) of the administration if cringe worthy.

At least NRL clubs do not have to deal with the financial impact and staff cuts required as a result of relegation destroying their revenue.

Would you rather the warts and all that this documentary will show or the sanitised version that is usually shown. Let’s rip the band aid off and see for ourselves what is really happening.

Me too...no foxtel for some time.
Hopefully it finds its way to youtube soon after...or some tech
savvy genius here can do us a favour

Tell the documentary I hate it.

Nice. We're creating more content for the media to bash us with.

Won't be long until someone does a collage of Panther facilities, Roosters Facilities, then showing this tigers facilities image.

Would've been nice if they waited until the CoE had been built to at least have something positive to show.

Trailer is so powerful.
Makes us look like a super star club.

"You represent the jersey!!"

Then look at the current ladder and past few years of results.... 😂🤦‍♂️

Is this funniest home videos?
This is not the right time for this type of publicity, lol.
